A creation carefully kept secret for years. This effect was originally part of the show The True Story of Paul Cres. It has never been released… until now.
A framed playing card is hanging on display or resting on a table.
A spectator, holding a deck of cards, names any card. They count through the deck and discover that one card is missing: the very card they named.
The frame is opened, the card is removed and turned over. It is indeed the named card.
Other presentations are also possible: you may use your own deck, and the card can be signed.
The Frame
The handling is no more and no less difficult than a classic signed-card-to-wallet or signed-card-to-envelope routine.
The effect is designed, assembled, and meticulously crafted by Luc Apers himself. Each piece comes with a 10-year guarantee.
