Termination/Withdrawal Policy

1. Right of Cancellation/Withdrawal
    

   You have the right to cancel this contract without providing any reason within 14 days.
    

2. Withdrawal Period
    

   The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party (other than the carrier and designated by you), takes physical possession of the goods.
    

3. Notice of Withdrawal
    

   To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us [(name of the store/company owning the Jimdo e-shop, address, postal code and country, telephone number, and email address)] of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement expressing your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached withdrawal form template, although this is not mandatory.
    

4. Compliance with the Withdrawal Period
    

   To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you transmit your notice of withdrawal before the period expires.
    

5. Effect of Withdrawal
    

   In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs resulting from your choice, if applicable, of a delivery method other than the standard, cheapest delivery option offered by us) immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. This refund will in no case incur any fees for you.
    

6. Right of Retention
    

   We may defer the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever occurs first.
    

7. Return of Merchandise
    

   You must return or deliver the goods [insert the name of the store/company and, if applicable, the geographical address of the person authorized by your company to receive the goods] without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This deadline is deemed met if you return the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period.
    

8. Return Costs
    

   You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
    

9. Compensation for Diminished Value of the Goods
    

   Your liability is limited solely to the diminution in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
